How do message limits work?
Messages are counted based on sent invoices or received orders. Drafts and internal documents do not count towards your limit. Limits reset every month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard. We use Stripe to handle prorated billing automatically.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
For Medium and Plus tiers, we support usage-based billing. Overage fees will be automatically calculated and added to your next invoice.
